Our Commitment to Carbon Reduction

CoreMobile AI, Inc. Carbon Reduction Plan

Commitment to achieving Net Zero

Core Mobile AI, Inc. is committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, or earlier where reasonably practicable.

As a provider of artificial intelligence solutions for healthcare, our mission extends beyond improving patient outcomes. We recognise our responsibility to minimise the environmental impact of our operations while supporting healthcare organisations in delivering more sustainable healthcare services.

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been prepared in accordance with the UK Government Carbon Reduction Plan Guidance and PPN 006 and supports Core Mobile AI’s participation in UK public sector procurement.

Baseline Emissions Footprint

Baseline Year: 2025

Core Mobile AI has selected 2025 as its baseline reporting year as it represents the first year in which greenhouse gas emissions are being measured using the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard.

This baseline will be used to measure future reductions.

Carbon Reduction Projects

Completed Measures

Core Mobile AI has already implemented several initiatives that contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Hybrid Working

The company operates a flexible hybrid working model which reduces employee commuting and office energy consumption.

Digital-First Operations

The organisation operates almost entirely digitally, significantly reducing paper consumption, printing and physical document storage.

Remote Collaboration

Core Mobile AI routinely uses secure video conferencing for customer engagement, project delivery, implementation support and internal meetings, reducing unnecessary business travel.

Cloud-Based Delivery

Where appropriate, Core Mobile AI delivers software through cloud-hosted infrastructure rather than deploying dedicated on-premise hardware, improving resource utilisation and enabling customers to benefit from hyperscale cloud efficiencies.

Paperless Business Processes

Electronic document management, digital signatures and electronic invoicing have replaced traditional paper-based workflows.

Planned Future Carbon Reduction Initiatives

During the next reporting periods Core Mobile AI intends to implement additional measures including:

Sustainable Cloud Hosting

Where commercially and technically appropriate, prioritise cloud providers and hosting regions that utilise renewable electricity and publish environmental performance metrics.

Energy Efficient Software Engineering

Continue optimising software architecture to minimise compute utilisation, storage requirements and unnecessary processing associated with AI workloads.

Sustainable Procurement

Incorporate environmental considerations into supplier selection where practical, including preference for suppliers demonstrating environmental management systems or published sustainability commitments.

Business Travel Optimisation

Continue replacing in-person meetings with secure virtual collaboration where appropriate.

Office Energy Efficiency

Review opportunities to improve office energy efficiency through efficient equipment, LED lighting and responsible power management.

Waste Reduction

Continue reducing waste generation through recycling, responsible disposal of electronic equipment and minimising consumables.

Supporting Sustainable Healthcare

Core Mobile AI’s Patient Care Services Integration Platform (PCSIP) contributes to reducing the environmental impact of healthcare delivery by:

  • supporting remote patient engagement and monitoring where clinically appropriate;

  • reducing unnecessary patient and clinician travel;

  • enabling digital workflows that reduce paper-based administration;

  • improving operational efficiency through predictive analytics and workflow optimisation;

  • supporting virtual multidisciplinary collaboration;

  • reducing duplication of clinical documentation through ambient AI technologies.

These customer benefits are separate from Core Mobile AI’s organisational emissions but contribute positively toward more sustainable healthcare delivery.

Governance

Environmental sustainability is overseen by the Executive Leadership Team.

Progress against this Carbon Reduction Plan will be reviewed annually and updated as part of Core Mobile AI’s corporate governance processes.

Future Carbon Reduction Plans will include updated emissions data, progress against targets and new reduction initiatives.
